Great place to come to for stretching seldom used muscles, working on painful joints, and attention to special needs. Kristen, the pilates instructor, knows her stuff, gentle and concerned about your personal physical needs. As senior, I enjoy my once a week workout. Recommend Pilates Indy to anyone.

I've practiced at both the north and south studios since 2009. Katie's instructors are some of the best in Indy. This is Pilates as it was meant to be offered.... no gimmicky hybrids, but the real deal. The instructors are very aware of each participant's capabilities and offer accommodations for any level of practitioner. The studio's schedules are consistent so you can feel confident committing to a package and planning your practice! Highly recommend.

This is the place to go if you want true, by the book Pilates — where the instructors pay attention to your form and body. Providing feed back and adjustments to inform good practice. I have been to many studios that pack people in and do not pay attention to the students, allowing them to develop bad habits because the goal is to burn calories, not build muscle in the right way. Would recommend Pilates Indy to everyone!
