They used to be so good and their customer service was on point, but recently or maybe it's just one of their employees, he acts like I'm scum on the bottom of his shoe, they've also increased their prices. They need to be better about their customer service again and I would consider returning to get work done, but it's not likely

These guys tried to soak my daughter. They were recommended to me by another shop, which I’ve been going to for a long time. I called them to see about getting her new-to-us car checked out to make sure it’s roadworthy. They said it’s 175 bucks which includes an oil change. I’m like, reasonable. It took her a whileto go in cause she’s busy. But they listed for her $2500 in repairs and told her that on top of that an oil change would be 80 bucks. Only one of those repairs really seems critical. So much for respect for women.

Pinky’s is our go to shop. They’re great and I appreciate how respectful they are to women. They’re always honest and explain things to you in a way that is not condescending with extremely fair prices. It’s hard to find any business nowadays that has the integrity Pinky’s has. Thanks for everything!

My car got hit and ran and Eddie was so amazing and patient and kind explaining everything to me. I even called him months after the repair and he gave me car advice. The staff is amazing and my benz looks great.

Finding a good repair shop in LA is like searching for a needle in a haystack. Pinky’s is that place. Honest, quick and they’ve been in the same location for 20+ years. We’ve been using them almost that long.
