Service was quick. Unfortunately they charged me almost $100 just for m the engine air filter, and the prices for the inspection and oil change were also on the high end. They also didn't provide cost estimates before doing the non inspection stuff, which is kind of unprofessional

How did I not know about Pinnacle before?? This place is great. I didn’t realize my inspection expired until I got a ticket for it. Pinnacle got me in the same day & completed my inspection in 2 hours. They were quick, kind & honest. This will be my go-to place from now on!

I called Pinnacle Auto yesterday and they were able to get me in first thing this morning at 9:30. My inspection was completely done by 11:30, which I really appreciated. I drive a small car, would love a new one, but living in the city it just feels like a waste with all the bumps and scratches and Pinnacle was honest, straightforward, and didn’t try to upsell or rip me off at all. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be using them again. Appreciate you all!

To my surprise, the staff welcomed me right away and fit me into their busy schedule. They quickly diagnosed the problem—a leaking radiator hose—and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. Within a couple of hours, they had it fixed and even topped off my coolant for free. The whole team was professional, kind, and incredibly efficient. What impressed me most was how accommodating they were, especially since I walked in last minute. My car has been running perfectly ever since, and I’m so grateful for their honesty and quick service. Pinnacle Auto definitely earned my trust, and I’ll be coming back for all my regular maintenance and future car issues. Highly recommend them!

We had a positive first experience with Pinnacle. They handled our hybrid car's first annual inspection well. We were in and out of their shop in less than 2 hours with our sticker and a detailed report of services performed.The price was reasonable and they didn't try to upsell us. This is a drop off and pick up car repair place. We didn't see a place to hang out and wait while your car is serviced. Don't be put off by the shop's no-frills exterior. The mechanics and other stuff are friendly and know their stuff.
