Extremely disappointed with our experience at Pinstack. Brooklyn was extremely rude to a member of our party during a work gathering. He was simply standing in an area she was walking through, and instead of politely asking him to let her pass, she raised her voice and spoke to him with disrespect. That is not how customers should ever be treated. In contrast, Lucy provided outstanding, world-class customer service. She was kind, respectful, and handled interactions the way a true professional should. She demonstrated leadership qualities and professionalism far beyond what we experienced with Brooklyn. This was a work event, and the way our group was treated was unacceptable. Because of this experience, our organization will not be spending another dollar at this location. Customer service should be about respect, not power trips.

It was my husband's 45th bday so we did a grease lighting bowling tournament 🎳it was a blast..staff was very helpful lanes where waiting on us I even got to decorate our space....the food came out hot and fresh and we had no problem with the drinks and refills...we had a rock roll and bowl good time

Recently my job hosted a team outing here. They set up, served, and offered a designated hostess to assist with food and drinks. What a wonderful place if you're looking for a lot to do in one place! There's food, drinks, games, bowling... just fun Fun FUN!

Bowling and other activities are good, but steer clear of their restaurant. Especially anything with cheese or meat. The burgers we got were undercooked and the cheesesteak had almost rancid cheese.

The bowling alley itself is modern and lively, with multiple large screens playing sports and entertainment, making the atmosphere energetic and engaging. The lanes are well-lit with cool neon effects, which makes the game even more exciting. We had a great time competing with friends.The food and drinks were equally impressive. We tried their milkshakes, which were rich, creamy, and beautifully presented with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. The portion sizes were generous and perfect to enjoy while taking a break from bowling. Between the competitive games, delicious shakes, and vibrant environment, Pinstack Bowl turned into an evening full of laughter and memories. It’s definitely a go-to spot for group hangouts in Plano!😍😍😇😇
