We took our team bowling and expected a great experience since this is a newer venue. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the lack of service from the staff. We had a long wait just to get registered, and the cashier was not very friendly and gave us a hard time when we asked to add an additional lane. The food was mediocre, and our appetizers arrived cold. Overall, the bowling itself was good, but the hospitality was nonexistent. We will not be returning.

Thursday night get together at Pinstack. We didn’t get the 36” pizza on the menu but did try a few popular items including the large burger and shakes.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday here....we had lots of FuN bowling 🎳 and played arcade games 🕹....The employees are very nice, punctual and very helpful! We also ate grilled chicken quesadilla, fried pickles spears, drank a few beers, iced water, and a C🍪okie Monster stacked shake!

The reason I went there was to play the pinball machines. It was soooo loud in there I couldn't hear them at all. The game tables were very dirty, like they had never been cleaned. Finger prints and food smudges all over the glass tops. Yuck. I also wish they would have had more than 3 pinball machines. The machines were pretty beat on, too. I saw one kid smacking the glass top really hard. They should have security walking around inside the place to regulate behavioral problems like this, instead of standing out front to keep the rope lines up right to block off certain parking spots from being used in the front of the building. No one greeted us as we walked in, even though there were staff members loitering around everywhere doing nothing. The layout of the gaming area seemed disorganized and overcrowded. If you like bumping into running and screaming children, this is the place for you. Was ridiculously expensive to play games as well. If the atmosphere had been better, then maybe it'd have been worth it. I believe Cidercade has a much better selection of games. You can play all the games for as long as you like for a $10 wristband. They keep their game machines clean here, too. Not expecting their customers to clean off their machines for them. They also have real police out front and inside roaming around to keep the chaos to a minimum. Not some stoner looking rent a cop that doesn't even greet people as they walk up. Overall, 2 stars. You'd figure that with this place being near the Ferrari Dealership, they'd promote higher standards than this. But with the mental health decline occurring in society so rapidly, I guess I'm not surprised at how low they set the bar. I suggest trying Andretti's or Cidercade instead.
