Locker rooms need to be fixed and cleaned. Has no hot water most of the time and very low water pressure. Maintenance at Planet Fitness is the worst!!!! Where do they get these people!!!! Maybe I'll find another gym!!!!

What a great Planet Fitness. Clean locker room over 9 handicaps locker. Clean Showers etc. Great gym lay out too!!! Most of all I have to give thanks to Beatriz and April for being happy and helpful during my first visit. At a much better location with great staff!! Mahalo-Jett

A muscle milk is 5$ here... I'm a vendor i know what they go for idc about convenience, youre robbing your clients. Staff is great tho. Wish they'd clean the showers better they stink. Change the price of the muscle milks lower ill change my review. Capitalism is reaching a disgusting peak why squeeze every cent we have out of us?

So I was excited to start my gym experience here at Planet Fitness on 43rd Ave and Indian School. It seems the employees behind the counter cannot leave from behind the counter? Even after I said hey it’s my first time to this gym no one offered to show me around. I asked questions of where things were at and she pointed in the direction it was in. Bathrooms are out of ass gaskets. Other dude at the front counter sent me to a massage chair someone was already in. I didn’t know how to turn on the massage beds as no one explained to me to push the button on the wall that starts it. They just stand behind the counter and chit chats amongst themselves. Almost like I’m bothering them! I thought you worked here to help people with their gym needs?? One person to call out for a great job is Allan, he’s the trainer there. He has helped me everytime I’ve had a question and even just listened to my concerns and apologized for the bad experience . Thank you Allan!! The other facilities that I have visited also didn’t come out from behind the counter to assist just conversed among themselves. Very disappointing as I started this journey with high hopes. Looks like I might need to find a new gym to go to…..

It's really clean and staff is nice. I just think the music can be lower and not blasting. I feel its hars to enjoy our music and headphones when you hear the music blasting in the back. Other then that I enjoy my work outs here
