I came here for a Galentine’s day event and it was super fun! I will say: if you’re hoping to learn a lot during the workshops, this may not be the best one for you. The instructions were brief and then we had free rein to do whatever we wanted with out terrariums. I loved the creative freedom but the instructors are definitely hands off unless you have questions. I’d definitely come back!

Abby gave us an incredible bonsai experience!! She was very personable and the conversation was incredible. She helped us and was so patient with all of our questions! The store is also ADORABLE and the plants are clearly well cared for. Everything is super clean! Highly recommend

My wife and I visited your location over the weekend to casually shop for new plants. After selecting two items, we proceeded to the checkout counter where we were assisted by Abby. While we were standing there ready to pay, the phone rang and she answered it, proceeding to handle the entire call while we waited, approx 10-12 minutes . As customers, we felt overlooked and disrespected. I would have been much more understanding had she briefly acknowledged us or asked the caller to hold while completing our transaction. Instead, there was no acknowledgment, and the line behind us continued to grow. Unfortunately, this experience has left a negative impression, and we are unlikely to patronize PlantHouse again.
