Platypus painted the full exterior of my home, including new metal ducting and a big, heavily weathered south wall. They were able to repair damage to the seams in my siding in a way that minimized problems going forward. In addition, they removed and replaced decking as part of the project which was unanticipated and difficult. They did a fantastic job. They were timely, tidy, respectful and friendly. The cost was in the middle of the estimates I received (out of 5). I would never hire anyone else.

Over the years we have had our house painted inside and out by Platypus Painting. What stands out most, besides the meticulous job they do, is their attention to making sure you are satisfied with your color choices. Once you have narrowed those down, Platypus will deliver cardboards painted with the colors so you can see large samples in your home. Before each start date, Platypus brings the crew over for an orientation visit, so you meet the people who will be working on your home, many of whom have been with Platypus for years, which shows that they treat their workers right. Communications with Platypus are always prompt, friendly, and courteous. We’ve trusted this company to work in our home while we are away, and have not been disappointed. Prices are reasonable for the outstanding customer service Platypus provides.
