Went in to get a ring upsize and a charm reattached to a bracelet. Owner was very polite and did wonderful work! My ring looks brand new and fits great and the soder on the charm loop is very solid so I won't be worrying about it falling off again any time soon. Was about 50 total for both services (35 for the ring, 15 for the charm) which to me is a huge bargin. Will absolutely take any jewelery that needs repair in the future here and will be telling friends and family!

I came here with a necklace in attempts to sell it, not knowing truly what it was worth or the elements it was made of. They were honest in telling me I would get at least 3x more selling it online and even gave me an idea of how much I should sell it for if I were to do so.
