Plumbing Connection from my experience, have policies in place that cover customer service first, dedication, do it right, 100% satisfaction, teamwork (always having each other's back, no team member is better than the other), every job is different so the experience, expertise and education is passed on for the betterment of the company and customers. Employees are always smiling and friendly. They communicate with the customer, keeping them updated on what's going on. The employees answer questions with honesty and provides the customer with a secure and confident feeling of what's going on is best for them. They don't recommend unnecessary services. They stand behind their work. The customer always come first. 1 hour or 10+, they will not abandon the customer. What more could a customer asks for? What more could a company provide? Nothing, in my opinion. Use Plumbing Connection or take a chance.
