Luis is without fault, he is always a ray of sunshine when he picks up our dog, who returns knackered and crashes out for the rest of the day. Having the photos come through of our dog every time makes my week and I love that you can see where they've been on the map on the app 10/10, would recommend

Luis is a great cat sitter - trustworthy, friendly, quick to reply to messages, and giving us regular photos to show us how our cat is doing each visit. The updates are very reassuring. The extra services of collecting mail, etc. are also very much appreciated. I'm so glad that we have Poshtails, knowing that we leave our cat in good hands.

We wouldn't be without Hernando, Luis and their team at Posh Tails. They obviously love dogs and are so good with them. We get photos of Dustin's walks every day and he is always obviously having the best time! They are incredibly reliable and haven't let us down once - we wouldn't be without them!

Hector our adorable English Bull Terrier has been looked after by Luis for several years now. Luis is amazing with him, he has a fantastic knowledge of the breed and has developed a touching bond with Hector. We get prompt reports every week detailing his day. Luis is always willing to accommodate us when emergencies have arisen for which we are so grateful. We cannot recommend his services highly enough. It feels like Hector is a part of his family - thank you Luis

I can't praise and recommend Luis and Poshtails enough. My Yorkie Ted really looks forward to his outings with Luis, and occasionally Hernando, appearing to watch the front door for him/ them. Luis has been very adaptable re Teddy's walks due to my various appointments, and has helped me over and above Teddy, by undoing lids, picking up things I can't reach and more. I wish them well with developing Poshtails. Six Stars ⭐
