As an adult piano learner who is not particularly musical, my progress has been a challenge to put it lightly. However, my instructor Beth has been nothing but encouraging and supportive the entire way. She understands the learning differences of adults vs children and has crafted instruction to suit my needs. She has been nothing but kind and caring, even at times when I felt that I should just hang it up. Every week I look forward to going to my lesson knowing that even if I don't feel like I've made progress to my liking, I will leave with some new approaches and a sense of accomplishment.
