Power4 Pilates in Los Altos provides consistently excellent instruction with lots of variety. The studio is clean and beautiful, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. I never knew I could love exercise so much! I’m grateful to have found this studio. Though it sounds a bit dramatic, I can sincerely say my life is better because of it. ♥️
