Jeff was wonderful. He answered all my questions and suggested wonderful solutions. Long story short- he determined I didn’t really need any services from Pratt- and that I could take care of my situation on my own. How awesome is that??! He drove all the way to my home, was probably able to tell I was inexperienced in what was going on, and still didn’t try to sell me a service I didn’t need. Didn’t charge me a dime! You gotta love that kind of honesty and integrity. Now- if down the line a genuine concern arises you can bet I’ll be calling Pratt!!
