Last month, my wife crashed our Tesla Model Y, and our friend recommended we call Precision Auto Works of Long Island City. From the very first phone call, they were incredibly helpful. The representative, Alex, took care of everything for us. All we had to do was report the accident to our insurance company, Alex handled the rest. Our car was towed right from our driveway and returned to us looking like nothing ever happened. Alex managed every step of the repair process, kept in touch with our insurance company for approvals and payments, and provided regular updates along the way. At the end, all we paid was our deductible. We were initially worried after hearing so many horror stories about auto body shops, but Precision Auto Works truly proved to be the exception. Their professionalism, transparency, and dedication made the entire experience stress free. I’m so grateful for the recommendation from our friend and hope our story helps others choose Precision Auto Works for their body shop repair needs. I took my 2020 Nissan Pathfindee here through GEICO insurance for a collision. I was initially checked in by Eric who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was very clear on the procedure, what to expect and helped me with both a full understanding of the process as well as helping me interface with my insurance company. At that point, another associate Freddy took over and gave me a number to text and communicated with me with clear timelines and progress throughout my whole experience. The team finished earlier than expected and not only did a spectacular job, but cleaned and shined the car as well. I don’t think the car looked this good when I bought it from the dealer. World class service and a stellar team. 11/10, would come here for service again.
