I travel a lot and as a result have used many personal trainers, but Kenny is in a different league. He starts off with an overall assessment about goals and lifestyle. He then puts you on a structured program with a tangible plan in place. We follow this plan and he tracks and measures my progress in that time frame. It gives me a good opportunity to see how I’m progressing. I’ve had a couple of ski injuries (ACL) over the years, so thankfully Kenny has lots of experience with people injured over time. The pain gets better, and after working with Kenny for a while, I am stronger, back on the tennis court, and pain free! My knees feel great. I’m about to travel again, but Kenny will be with me for virtual sessions. He’s amazing!
