Premier catered my daughters wedding this past weekend. Not only was the food amazing, they were very accommodating of my last minute menu change. They answered all of my questions and had meal options for our gluten free/dairy free & vegan guests. 5 stars to Premier! I highly recommend them as a Lincoln caterer!

The staff is always kind and accommodating. I am lactose intolerant and they brought me my own dish and were so thoughtful. The staff is also ready to take your plate when you are finished, and I’ve never had an event catered where the staff did that! They are always on time, the meals are delicious, and the staff is incredible! Highly recommend.

Vegan does not = gluten free. Had a box lunch served from them at an event and they said the vegan lunch was gluten free. Just don't eat the bread. So I am supposed to pick off the lettuce and tomatoe and eat that? It is contaminated with wheat . The rest of the meal was a brownie ( again not GF) chips that are clearly labeled with wheat as an ingredient. If you don't want to serve people with diet restrictions that is fine . Just don't claim you do.

We were having a 40th Anniversary Party for our parents, and we not sure where to start for food. Sheila was wonderful to work with, and the food that we served was fantastic. The guests were very complimentary and wanted to know who catered this event. The staff person that brought our food was so polite and helpful! Wonderful experience!! Thank you to all at Premier Catering :-)
