We urgently required our sofa to be dismantled and reassembled as it was too large to fit into our new home. As this was already a stressful time, Martin came to the rescue and answered our request, fitting us in straight away. An absolute Gentleman, 5* service. Couldn’t be more happier with the outcome and service provided.

Our G Plan recliner broke after a bolt snaped. I contacted Premier Solutions by email with a couple of photographs asking if they would like to repair it. Martin from Premier Solutions came back within a matter of hours advising that as it was a large rivetted bolt they did not have the facility to repair it, but suggested I could do it myself with a large nut and bolt. I duly took Martin's advice using a large nut, bolt and a couple of washers from our large 'collection', and repaired the chair in less than half an hour. I cannot praise Martin at Premier Collections for his honest, prompt and excellent advice.

One of the modules on my 4 year old sofa broke, and unfortunately the retailer went bust shortly after purchase so I couldn’t claim on the warranty. I contacted Premier Solutions via WhatsApp who were polite, and fitted me in only a few days after contact. Brian attended and was so polite, friendly and professional. He put my mind at ease straight away that it could be fixed and completed the job within an hour, for what I believe was a very reasonable price.
