They always are able to squeeze us into their schedules even if extremely busy with other projects. All work is done professionally and quickly with explanations provided to us along the process. Premium has been incredible to work with since I purchased my home 2 and a half years ago. Bob and team are reliable, honest, and provide quality service. I recently had my nearly 30 year old HVAC replaced and the estimate from Premium was a great price. Mike and Jeremy spent 2 full days on the unit replacement. Our air conditioner went down during a hot spell, called their number hoping to get an appointment the following week. Owner Bob called us and responded on a Sunday and got us up and running. They installed our system originally a few years back and a capacitor went out. Thankful for the quick response. Highly recommended.
