Fair warning. In order to lock in an appointment for neutering, you need to pay in full upfront, and if you cancel and request a refund you need to show up in person. Please dont make the same mistake as me. They will take your money over the phone, but for some reason they can not provide the same service when it comes to refunds. This is most likely still a policy since it probably brings in a good portion of income.

Had our kitten spayed at Prevent A Litter and can’t recommend them enough! The staff were kind and helpful- they did a great job of explaining aftercare and scheduling coordination. The prices cannot be beat either. Prevent a Litter is a wonderful operation that greatly benefits the RVA community.

First time using them today. Was able to help get 4 fetal cats spayed and neutered. The lovely ladies working there were amazing and so kind! Love y'all

Got both of my cats fixed here. Very quick and polite. Yeah it sucks having to be on a waitlist but it’s worth it at the end of the day and they do it for a good cause at a good price. Any cats I foster that need to fixed I’ll be going here.

They are wonderful as always. I'm so grateful and thankful for all of them and all they do. I have 7 dogs, so being able to get their shots at a lower cost is extremely helpful. I love my fur babies, and PAL helps to keep them safe by providing low cost vaccinations.
