As a candidate, a lot of these interviews give you the sense that people are going through the motions, just checking off another task on their list, or literally reading hypothetical professional questions like :"Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" You get a feeling of being just another number on a conveyor belt, floating through someone's workspace as they inspect you and check their clipboard for the next question.
