Kerry did an amazing job repairing my dishwasher and refrigerator. My dishwasher was not draining water, but after Kerry’s magic touch, it’s working perfectly fine now. He also noticed that my refrigerator had a loose cover and voluntarily fixed it for me. I’ve never had a technician who was this knowledgeable, skilled at repairing appliances, and provided such great service. I will definitely come back again for anything that needs to be repaired.

den saved our holiday. Extremely responsive and made a huge effort to help us fix our oven door with an unusual issue / fix during the holidays when everything was particularly hectic and stressful. Kerry did an amazing job repairing our deli equipment. I initially tried to replace the capacitor myself, but it didn’t work. I found Prime Fix Appliances Repair through Yelp and set up an appointment for an initial assessment. Kerry identified the issue within an hour and came back a week later with the necessary part. The price was reasonable, and scheduling the appointment was very easy over the phone. He is very diligent and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

First, I love this company, because even though it was a Sunday, they responded to my online request for an appointment immediately. Second, I appreciate that they have an online system through which you can schedule an appointment. Third, and most importantly to me, the technician who came out was efficient, pleasant, considerate of our home and knowledgeable. He was even putting the process of ordering the needed parts into motion as he assessed the problem. He came back within a couple of days with the needed part, and was in and out in 15-minutes! After 2020 I had a terrible time finding a reliable appliance repair company for our needs; it was one bad experience after another. So, I was a bit skeptical about the service I would receive. But it was great, and now Prime Fix Appliances repair is going to be my shop for all of my appliance issues. Buy with confidence!
