I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. They diagnosed my pool issue and told me the part would be ordered, but more than 10 days passed without a single proactive update. Every time I called, I was told “tomorrow,” yet nothing ever changed. This is the second time they’ve mishandled the repair process, and I had to take time from my own job just to chase basic information that should have been provided by their team. Professional communication and follow-through are clearly lacking. I ultimately had to ask for my part back because I no longer had confidence that the repair would ever be completed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
