Do not trust these reviews, i am pretty sure a lot of these reviews are fake. We had their Technician Michael K who came out on the FIRST service call to fix our leaking washer. This individual states “theres no leaks with your washer, it just needs to be cleaned from detergent” and proceeded to charge us $200 to clean it. 30min after he finished “cleaning it” and left our house, it started leaking again. We paid $200 to get a leak fixed that was not fixed. We contacted the company again for them to come out and diagnose the washer again for leaks. The second time he came out he said the washer i had was “too complex” and that the leak is intermittent. The washer has leaked the last 4 times it has ran, maybe they need to learn vocabulary in understanding that intermittent would mean it only leaks sometimes, not every time. If the washer is too complicated for you to work on, why are you getting sent to begin with? The second time he came out he magically found two leaks but him and the company desk person REFUSED to give me a cost on how much it would cost to fix. They wanted to charge me TWICE for the same leak. Additionally, they wanted to give me a price to fix after a 3rd visit when they are already in there fixing the leak and only until the guy opens our machine again, i am assuming just so they can get more money from us as coercing customers to pay after half the labor is already done. I chose to give this company one last time to make things right and gave the green light to schedule a third appointment to fix our washer which we NEED. Well the time came for them to fix our washer for a third time, and this time with a different technician, named Serge. Coincidentally, this person had to cancel the service call because his car “needed to be worked on and picked up” at the time of the service appointment. Coincidence? Do yourself a favor and RUN from this company. They will take your money, waste your time, and give you the run around instead of being transparent and honest. If the company sees this, i hope you get the Karma that you deserve for taking advantage of people while being in a vulnerable position. Complete joke of a company.

We had our Bosch dishwasher repaired. Technician came out next day (they offered a same day appointment but it didn’t work for us). Michael K quickly diagnosed the problem and installed the needed part for us. He was very thorough and professional. Price was fair especially given the amount of time he spent fixing the issue, and he made sure everything was working properly before he left. Will definitely use again for appliance repair.

Dryer stopped in the morning and by the afternoon was up and running again! Just received my full diagnosis with repair notes, receipt, and warranty this morning. Highly recommend. (I even recieved a text with the name and a picture of the service professional coming to my house!)
