I was researching for a reliable and amazing roofing company and this bless company called me out of nowhere and I was telling the customer service person what I was looking for and what I needed done. Did one day Mr. Paul showed up and my house, and my daughter answered rhe door and told me someone was there and wanted to talk to me regarding my roof, so I told her to asked him if he could waitnI was on my way home from work. Once I made it home Mr. Paul introduced himself to me and I knew right them that Priority Roofing was the company I needed to go with, it was his personality and his amazing spirit, he explained everything to me that I could understand, because this was my first time dealing with my insurance company and roofing. Mr Paul was so kind, nice and very professional, he definitely was God sent to me. Mr. Paul stayed by my side until the end. Mario was amazing he enter my home around 6am in the morning and he was so kind and professional as well, after the roof was completed Mario explain everything to me that was done so professionally. Marionis an amazing Project Manager. Thanks to Priority Roofing and the amazing Paul and Mario and workers for doing an outstanding job for giving me a beautiful roof and fence. These man hard and I appreciate them. What a blessing and I feel so much better and my home decor looking phenomenal. May God continue to bless this company, Mr. Paul, Mario and the staff. Francesco did two incredible jobs for me. First, he spent 7 hours in the hot sun repairing my metal roof. I have a 2,000 sq ft home and many nails had come up from the roof. He made sure all nails were flat against the roof and then he sealed each nail. In addition, he cleaned out the leaves and debris collected between where the roof comes together. Not only did he does a fabulous job, the cost was extremely inexpensive. I could not have been happier!!! The second job included replacing the roof on my 10 x 12 shed. They replaced the shingles in a few hours and did a fantastic job. Again, it was really inexpensive. I could not been more pleased with the work done by Francesco and Priority Roofing!!! Finally, I need to add how professional and nice Francesco is. He did the evaluation and quote within a day and the work was completed in a day or two. It is extremely impressive to me that I like and feel comfortable with companies when they do work for me. Francesco went well beyond my work expectation and is the type of person/company that I feel comfortable on my property. I was so pleased that I recommended him to all of my church and friends. So, I absolutely recommend Francesco and Priority Roofing for all Roofing needs.

Frank spent months working with us to get our roof replacement approved after the hail storm in early ‘25. Our insurer tried to deny/minimize it at first but Frank assured us it should have been approved. He took the lead to get it thru arbitration and got the full replacement covered. After months of delay, we got our new Roser USA stone coated steel roof (an upgrade we wanted) installed and absolutely love it. He worked with us through out the whole process to pull gutters early so we could have the exterior painted before putting up the new gutters, to keeping us informed and working closely with all teams throughout the process. Highly highly recommended priority roofing and Frank Vitale.

Clarence helped us out with a roof claim back in 2023, even fought for us when our claim was denied the first time when the adjuster missed some further damage. I can’t say enough how happy we were with the work! His crew was fast and efficient. If we ever needed another roof replaced or repaired, I wouldn’t call anyone else but him! He cares about every single one of his customers and was extremely thorough with his inspection.
