He explained the processes thoroughly and even took time to go to my neighbors house to let them know when the install would take place and what to expect. He was very diligent in his work and he actually CARED about our experience as the homeowner as well as the quality of the job that was completed. She kept us updated every step of the way. What stood out most was how knowledgeable and smart Francy is in her field. Her roofing expertise shows instantly, she explained things in a way that made sense, identified legitimate damage, and never tried to stretch the truth.
