I don’t usually write reviews, but Pro RV Services absolutely earned this one. I brought in my fifth-wheel after dealing with a handful of issues—slide-out dragging, electrical problems, and a mysterious water leak I couldn’t track down. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, honest, and patient with all my questions. They did a full diagnostic, walked me through every problem in plain language, and gave me a straightforward estimate with no surprises. The repairs were finished sooner than expected, and everything has worked flawlessly since. The slide-out runs smoother than it did when it was new, and they even caught a couple of maintenance issues I didn’t know about. What really impressed me was their communication. They called with updates, sent photos of the repairs in progress, and made sure I understood what they were doing and why. It’s rare to find a shop that treats both you and your RV with that level of care. If you’ve got a fifth-wheel or any RV that needs attention, Pro RV Services is the place to go.
