2 stars only because I did the online scheduling to view and I love the thought of the process but the code that was sent to view the home did not work. It is Saturday so I would only suggest blocking off weekends in the scheduling calendar to prevent this. I’m not upset or anything but I did drive 30 minutes to do the viewing, it’s just a very small unconvince! The home looked great from outside though! I would have loved to be able to see the inside.

I typically choose where I am renting from based on the companies that will be managing the property, and Proactive Real Estate did not disappoint. Their communication with me was unmatched, and my experience with them was nothing but pleasant. I specifically worked with Bea as my property manager, and she was always extremely helpful and available to me upon any questions I had. They utilize a very helpful app called Meld to aid with any maintenance issues that may occur in your property while you rent, and they were all extremely quick to get back to me. Bob, the maintenance guy, was absolutely a joy to communicate with and work with. You will not regret renting from Proactive Real Estate Services.
