I got into an accident where we were both CLEARLY distracted by a crazy woman pulling a cart across a parking lot. Not only was my ‘adjuster’ rude, she clearly wasn’t on ‘my side’. They had you fill out everything online, including pictures, then call you and make you feel horrible about the issue and go over everything again. I asked twice, you want me to tell you what I filled out online? ‘Brittany G’ was unkind and unhelpful, short and rude. Like how dare I ask questions or be surprised that I’m doing the same thing twice. Aren’t you MY INSURANCE, that I’ve been paying on for YEARS? Like I was bothering her during her work at home day. She. Called. Me. Then asked the same questions over and over. Do you want your car fixed or ‘just want the money’.? Um. I paid for the insurance, I probably want my car fixed. Thank you for reminding me why insurance is a racket but one we are FORCED TO CARRY. Brittany G clearly isn’t an adjuster, but some girl who answers phones from Ohio. Thanks for that Progressive.
