After a few tiles broke in my six-year-old bathroom, I began an exhaustive search for replacements. I contacted nearly every flooring company in Austin, but since the tile was discontinued, I had no luck—and a full floor renovation simply wasn’t in the budget. Everything changed when I reached Rob Zuck at ProSource. Even though ProSource was not the original vendor, Rob offered to help with my problem immediately. Rob tracked down the discontinued stock at a manufacturer in Florida, ordered four tiles, and had them shipped to Austin. To my amazement, he didn't charge me a dime. When I arrived for pickup, he even cheerfully loaded them into my car. This is, hands down, the best customer service I have ever received. Thank you, ProSource!
