the plazas at mission BART stations have significant improvement since Puma Power Wash took over. I have notice puma emplyees during day time as well cleaning the plazas.

Super low budget unprofessional business at 24th St Bart , they don't powerwash sidewalks they also wash you waiting for the bus. Why don't you guys wait till midnight to do your halfass powerwash people do not need to be breathing your spray mist downwind especially women pushing strollers and you should sweep debris up first just washing it into cars driving by is real classy. Bart should put that job out to bid. Good luck
