We had a great time for my son's 5th birthday party. The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were clean. Everything flowed easily. Highly recommend if you need to host a kid's party and need to put source a lot of the work. Also full five stars as I put in a few "would be awesome" requests and they did it.

Had my daughter’s 6th birthday today, and everyone had a blast! The team did all the set-up with the decorations and cupcakes we brought, and facilitated the party, serving the kids and generally making my life easy! 10/10 would do it again!

Number one indoor place for kids parties. You literally can just drop them off. We stayed of course. The staff is awesome! On point and smoothly lead the party along.

Hosted my daughter’s 3rd birthday party here and it was fantastic. Was skeptical at first because of some negative reviews but I made sure to communicate my needs thoroughly. Sally, the assistant manager was super helpful before and during my party. The team also helped set up and clean up. Maybe pump it up had issues previously, but they are definitely on top of everything now.
