Pure Property did an excellent job replacing my faucet in the rental unit they manage. Their maintenance portal is genuinely impressive, they actually use all the features in a way that makes things seamless for tenants. I submitted a request for a broken faucet handle, uploaded a photo, and selected a few time windows when I’d be available to let the team in. They responded within 24 hours and arrived fully prepared, bringing a matching replacement faucet in case a full swap was needed, which it was. That level of foresight really stood out. The installation was smooth, and the new faucet looks great. The only small issue was that the newer model didn’t include a manual lift rod for the sink stopper. But again, they handled it proactively, returning the very next day to install a pop-up drain stopper. That kind of follow-through is what separates good service from great service. Overall, I’m very happy with the speed, professionalism, and attention to detail. It’s genuinely reassuring to know they’re this responsive and thoughtful in how they manage maintenance.
