This was my second time at an escape room and I was surprised on how intricate it was compared to my other experience! Opening up that door and feeling the chill vibes was amazing and thank you to our Game Master Trevor for being so nice and helpful with the hints! We’ll come back again with more people so we can succeed next time!

We absolutely love this place! It’s become one of our go-to date night spots. Each room we’ve tried has been creative, immersive, and just the right mix of challenging and fun. The puzzles are clever without being frustrating, and every detail from the props to the storylines really pulls you in. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They make the whole experience smooth, welcoming, and exciting from start to finish. If you’re looking for a memorable night out, whether it’s a date or a fun activity with friends, Puzzle Effect is a must try. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

We had an excellent time on my birthday doing The Reel! It was my first escape room and I had a blast. Lester was an awesome host and he made us feel very welcomed and prepared for the game. He knew exactly when we needed help and made the game more fun with the clue timing. I had such a blast and can't wait to go back to do the other puzzles! Thank you, Puzzle Effect!

I took my son and his friends here for his birthday, and they had a blast! “Grim Lester” was an awesome game master that explained everything thoroughly and made it so much fun for the kids. Excellent customer service along with such a fun activity to do with your kids! We will definitely be back ;)

We had a blast playing “The Reel” room. Our group included two adults and four kids ages 11-17. Everyone was able to participate and help out in some way, and we were able to solve the puzzles with 15 minutes to spare. The theme was so well executed and the staff (Trevor and Erin) were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. We will definitely be back!
