Fantastic work out, with awesome play lists to distract you from the hard work. 😂 The instructors are energetic, professional, and they KNOW how to make you shake. The locker room is clean, they also provide amenities if you need to freshen up. A great addition to the routine.

I tried out Katie’s class at PVolve called Sculpt and Burn. It was epic! Very good for someone battling nagging injures etc. Very different from anything else I would do. This is top of my list of best new workout studios hands down. Good for all levels of exercise enthusiasts.

Excellent studio and a great workout. I was able to attend one class. Highly recommend for those wanting to increase mobility or recover from injuries. Just a headsup: they are extremely strict with the 5 min late policy. During my trial week, I arrived a few minutes late due to getting turned around in the UTC maze from the trolley, pouring sweat from the effort, and I wasn't able to join the class. I chose not to covert to a membership after this interaction. However, the policy is posted in their materials (I just expected a little grace as a newbie). If you bike, walk, or take the trolley, be sure to arrive 10 minutes ahead of time to make your way through the various routes so that you arrive in time.

Great classes with lots of variety (strength, balance, resistance, stability, mobility, progressive weight training). It’s a really effective workout, but the trainers and the community are what set this studio apart. It’s a great atmosphere and really fun! I look forward to each class 😊

Every instructor and every class here is fantastic. Pvolve has made me stronger and more agile. I feel the positive effects of the program in almost every sport I play - from golf to tennis to snow skiing. Highly recommend!
