Everyone - from Hannah at the reception desk to Jay who provided salon services - was warm, hospitable, and highly professional. They also offer parking validation so that guests can conveniently park at no additional cost. I highly recommend Queen Bee!

I LOVE Jay (Brow, Lash, & Waxing Specialist) and Hannah (Front Desk Manager). Originally, I was only planning to get a brazilian done prior to a grad trip. However, Hannah's positivity and flawless customer service, as well as Jay's expert waxing skills kept me coming back for another 2 years. Getting a brazilian done can be very intimidating, but Jay is great at walking you through each step, making sure things are as comfortable as they can be, being speedy, and being thorough. Hannah and Jay are both so sweet, and I cannot thank them enough for their work.
