Quick Quack Car Wash damaged my car during the wash and refused to take responsibility for it. When I reported the damage, the staff was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of helping or offering a solution, they acted like it wasn’t their problem. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about their vehicle.

As always, I have only positive experiences at Quick Quack in Millbrae. All the staff are super friendly, and today specifically, Jose went out of his way to provide excellent service with a smile. At this location, my car got several damages. rightest line rip of my side mirror completely & made big dent on the fender and scratches. That incident is happened when my car was in second wipers.If there was something off! the. the staff member has full control to manage to stop the equipments immediately. But they didn’t do that. I don’t get what is the point those staff members standing there, if they don’t take attention & do safety manners?! I so disappointed that ended up they didn’t compensate the damage did to my car! The manager Wong is not collaborative. unsatisfied their customer service! I still have that dent and scratch, body shop gave me the quote for 700$. I installed new side mirror, it costs me about 450$ with labor!

I lost my rearview mirror in the washer and it wasn't found. I received a refund! The plans are too expensive. This Millbrae unit is the only one that charges for the vacuum cleaner; the others are free! Switching to the Loop gas station car wash!
