I have done my taxes with Rafael for more than 10 years and always gave good recommendations for his business. I am a single mom with income low enough to file my taxes with a free agency but how I have always done my taxes here and it takes them about 15 minutes to complete. I always opted to pay them to do it for me because they already have all my information in the system. This time I called for a quote and appt and they quoted $260 for each year (I didn’t do last years taxes). I asked the attendant if she could double check this quote with Rafael. She said she would and would call back. I never received a call back. This is more than H&R Block but without the bells and whistles (guarantees). Sadly I will be moving my small but constant business elsewhere. I guess Rafael has gotten to big for my small amount of business.

Terrible service. They're only focused on taking your money and making a profit without actually helping the customer. It's a business, and they need to make money. But they shouldn't go overboard. They also need to offer genuine help in return.
