Hands down the best group fitness class in Central Austin. If you are looking for a workout class led by super positive personal trainers, this is the place for you. The group format means there are workouts for whatever pace and ability level you are at. The trainers always adapt and coach you how to workout at your own pace. You'll love the outdoor workout too! It's truly magical to meet up outside instead of in a gym. These outdoor fitness classes are like a HIIT format where you have space for agility circuits, strength, cardio, and lots of movement - all without being in a sweaty indoor box!

I highly recommend RAH! Power Fitness! I’ve done a variety of group workouts over the years but this is the best and one that I have actually stuck with consistently. The trainers (Omar and Tricia) have years of experience and develop great challenging full body workouts for the whole group while also giving personalized feedback and modifications as needed. They bring a lot of positive energy and always offer modification suggestions so you can move in a way that works for you. The group is friendly and welcoming and spans a wide range of ages and fitness levels so I encourage anyone interested to try it out. They even have free community workouts once a month on Saturdays and are committed to giving back to the community in other ways too.

I LOVE starting my day with expert trainers, Omar and Tricia, and the awesome RAH! Power Fitness community that they’ve built. I get such a great workout and the atmosphere is so welcoming and inclusive. I love how Omar gives modifications for exercises so that I can participate fully for every workout in a way that feels good for my body. I also love working out under the morning sky with my neighbors. Combine that with the awesome playlists and lots of laughter, there’s just nothing better!
