I was treated very rudely by a young man at the Sushi Section of this Ralphs store, who had incorrectly made something that I had requested. I complained to one of the store managers, who assured me that he would inform the young man at the Sushi Section that rudeness to customers would not be tolerated. Thank you to the Store manager.

This Ralph's is in a nice area gaslamp. The store is really nice and up to date with all departments inside. It seems to be more expensive than the other local stores close by. I know security is high priority here. You have to scan your receipt to open the doors to leave the building. I hope there is never a fire in this building as it would be next to impossible to escape safely. Some isles are blocked off with like a locked door. Strange design I can only assume to prevent theft. I wonder what the fire marshall thinks about this building. Not sure how they can get away the interior design but it seems dangerous and also I feel kinda trapped inside this location.

Was looking for formula for my 2-yr old and I got it here. There's a starbucks inside and a flower shop. Guess you can find all your grocery needs here.

Generally, the employees and pharmacy staff are friendly, but the management team is another story entirely. In the five-plus years we’ve been shopping here, I have never experienced such consistently rude and dismissive behavior from managers. Every time I’ve asked a manager where to find something, they simply look at me, turn around, and walk away without saying a word. The store is also overpriced and frequently out of stock on many products. Tonight, even some of the regular staff acted the same way…ignoring my questions completely. I had to ask three different employees the same thing and never got an answer. I’m done dealing with this kind of treatment. There are far better options downtown. Albertson’s has friendlier staff, better prices, and a better selection. From now on, that’s where we’ll shop. On top of that, this Ralph’s has also become a safety concern, with issues like shootings, a large homeless presence, and even drag racing nearby.
