We are grateful to RB Towing and particularly the tow truck driver Mokhlis for his great service! Molhlis was prompt, super courteous, and clever to solve an unexpected problem to safely and carefully load our car on the truck. Thank you! If we ever need this type of service again we know where to go.

Ahmed was fantastic. Our 99 Corvette shift cable had failed and we could not shift it out of Park. Ahmed came with his well equipped tow truck, lifted it up, got it on the street, started in drive and escorted me to Poway Transmission. He took extra care about safety and the car. Outstanding service.

They were recommended by AAA. The driver stole $160 out of my 10 year old daughter’s wallet. I called to make a complaint and they brushed it off and didn’t take any action to try to contact me back. Likely just laughed it off because I’m sure I’m not the first person they’ve taken advantage of by stealing! Do not recommend and definitely do not leave the driver alone with your car. They allow thieves to take your valuables with no repercussions. Stealing from kids to be exact.

Had a flat tire and called AAA who sent out RB Towing. In all, I waited about 20-30 minutes for them to arrive and they called when they were 10 minutes away. The RB Towing employee was very polite, shook my hand and immediately went to task. He removed my old tire, inspected it, showed me the nails/screws in it, installed the spare and placed my old tire in the trunk. He instructed me not to drive more than 50 mph on the spare and informed me of 4 area tire stores. Later in the day, I had a follow-up text from RB Towing thanking me for my patronage and to let them know if I had any suggestions or recommendations on how they could enhance their service. (I didn't). I was very happy with the service from RB Towing and would gladly use them again.
