My wife loves this place. Great selection and the staff is great. Truth be told I needed to use Google Maps because the location is hard to find. But once you’re here you will love coming.

I’ve gone from strictly buying everything I use from RDA, to switching over product lines so I can avoid RDA as much as possible. I’ve gotten to where I only have to come here every couple of months thankfully. A lot of times they are out of what I’m looking for, but my main issue is the employees are always very rude here. This has been an issue for the past three years that I’ve been doing hair in Fort Worth. It’s such an issue that everyone at my salon has talked about it because it is wildly known. I am very grateful to have found princess down the road because I have not once come across supply issues or attitude issues there.

Ladies were very helpful. Went specifically for norvell products but they only had 2 items and neither what I was looking for. Wish they carried more. The only real complaint is there is NO pricing, you have to ask price. I may have bought more if I could have seen price on shelf.

I really enjoy coming to this store. Tachina and Adela are the kindest people I’ve ever met at any store. They are always so helpful and give me tips for my hair that are amazing. I will always pick this store over any other store for my products.
