My favorite studio, with my favorite teachers! ♥️ That was my home outside of home when I lived in Culver City, and since I moved, I come back once a week even though it’s a lot of driving.

Probably one of the worst yoga classes I’ve ever experienced. Said I was too flexible for Iyengar (madness) and was very snappy and rude to other older ladies in the class. Our teacher, Miriam, even had a temper tantrum like a toddler mid-class and yelled that “ we are not Iyengar students because we don’t listen” mind you this is a 1-2 class meaning there are people who are beginners in this class, as expected. I’ve been practicing yoga for almost a decade and have never seen such a poorly ran class by such a mean teacher. Maybe she’s having a bad day. I won’t be back to test the odds though.
