The owner's manners are frankly lacking. He hangs up rudely and rudely when he's not interested in a part being offered to him. Clearly, he hasn't grasped that courtesy and respect are essential qualities for a thriving and reputable business.

I shouldn't have answered the phone because the man didn't want to advise me. He told me he didn't know anything about antique furniture, so bye, and hung up. I just wanted to know if my 1925 piece of furniture was worth anything.
