Incredible service! My coffee leaked in my uni bag and my laptop then wouldn’t turn on. I was so stressed. I took it in to repair it and they reassured me it should be fixable but not guaranteed. They said this might take a few days. 3 hours later they’d text to say it had been fixed meaning I could have my laptop back and working for the weekend. I’m so grateful and relieved. Really reasonable price too

I was disappointed with the service I received from RepairIT. I was told my laptop was fixed twice for the original fault to still occur. This wasted my time and money. However, the shop did have good communication with phone calls and speedy email responses. They did offer me a refund for the repair which was appreciated. They were knowledgeable however in my situation I wish the original fault had been identified earlier in the repair process.
