Just so you know this is a used furniture store… nothing wrong with.. but the prices?! Basically selling used furniture at the retail new prices. Not worth it. And delivery sucks.

good store. love the product, some items are a bit pricey but overall a good find and good quality. great customer service. I initially had some issues with the delivery but Luis and the customer service team were amazing in making sure my concern are heard. I had to return one of my items because it's too big for my place (i didnt properly measure it beforehand) and the return process was easy. One sugestion i would make to make the delivery process better is to let the customer track the delivery process on the day of. Either let the customer talk directly with delivery team instead of customer service team or having an app to track it. Would come again for more great find :)

I dunno, I bought a bunch of things, including a junky couch for $10. Bait n switch? Hired a moving van who went to get my stuff, left work early to help them unload it, but it turns out some of the stuff I bought wasn't there. Thankfully the movers and reperch refunded my money, and customer service responded, pretending like they were going to help, but ultimately it was a huge waste of time proving that they're not entirely trustworthy.

I came to Reperch in December and I had a horrible experience with the front desk lady, Sofia. She didn't even look up when we were talking to her, she was impolite, and acted as if she didn't want to help us. Her responses were dismissive and rude. Unsure if she had a bad day or this is her every day attitude. Reperch should consider someone else that has a better attitude and personality. Truly unfortunate walking into a store and you see someone like her.
