The manager was incredibly difficult to talk to, making the entire situation feel even more frustrating. Despite my attempts to explain the issue and request assistance, their responses were unhelpful and dismissive. I felt as though my concerns were being ignored, and no one seemed willing to offer a solution. I repeatedly asked for help with canceling my membership, but the manager just kept giving vague answers or redirecting me to someone else who wasn’t available. It became clear that they were either unwilling or unable to resolve the issue, and I was left feeling powerless and unheard.

I’d like to express my sincere appreciation for Steph and Pam, as well as their amazing team. As a new member, my first weeks have been nothing short of incredible. Steph and Pam have shown a genuine commitment to my well-being, taking the time to understand my areas of weakness and past injuries without ever rushing the process. They’ve thoughtfully guided me through which services are best suited for my recovery and overall improvement. As a result, I already feel more active, naturally uplifted, and athletically capable like I was a decade ago. To show my gratitude, I gifted them a small token of appreciation.

I’ve been promised a refund for over three months with no action. I cancelled my membership in January and they forgot to process the cancellation and I continued getting charged. It was about three months before I noticed. I was promised refunds for March and April. They refunded for April but I am still waiting on the March refund. I have called about once a week since February and they keep saying it processing. One person even told me it should hit my account soon. That was one month ago. I have gone in three times and no one is ever able to help. They ask me to leave a message but no one actually ever calls me. The receptionists have been decent at telling me the status but it sounds like the owner is the one that actually needs to process the refund. This is the hardest I have ever had to fight for money that is owed to me.

I have been attending services at Restore for 5 months. I wanted to feel better physically after my husband passed away and my body was in shambles after being his care taker for many years. The staff at Restore have made me feel heard and they have literally RESTORED my body one cell at a time. I feel fantastic! The staff in knowledgeable and kind with all of their wonderful modalities from Cryotherapy to Infrared light therapies. I am currently on the NAD and I am feeling healthier and more alive. I recently had a facial and got fantastic results. In a nutshell..try all the services, they are fantastic and the staff will make you feel like you are home. Love you all ladies!
