I enjoy the classes with Ashton, she provides an amazing clear instruction workout. I prefer to stay away from Anna’s class as they don’t feel like Pilates or much of a workout. She is very kind, just not my type of class structure.

I love Revive! The classes are hard, but very doable. You have different options for each move, depending on your ability, and there’s always the option to rest when needed. I’m 47 and just started a weight loss journey two months ago to lose 100+ lbs. I’ve lost 20 lbs, and I’ve seen improvement in my ability, stamina and muscle tone since I’ve started. Everyone at Revive has been super supportive and helpful. Hot pilates is challenging and gives me a sense of calm that I can only explain as “slowing my brain down where I can actually think.” The power plates have improved my balance and lymphatic drainage in my legs. They also help with muscle soreness. The reformer classes are a great way to improve coordination. The reformer gives you more ability to do things that are higher impact. I cannot normally do classes that involve jumping without feeling it in my knees, but I was able to jump using a jump board on the reformer this week. It was fun and pain free. Also, I love that Revive is independently owned and not a chain. If you want to support a local, female-owned business while getting a challenging workout, I would highly recommend Revive!

This is truly the best studio in Nashville! I absolutely love the workouts here. Ashton’s classes are always challenging and energizing, and Anna’s mindful Pilates sessions bring such a calming balance. The instructors create a welcoming and motivating environment that keeps us coming back. Highly recommend!

I stopped in at this studio while visiting Nashville - the yoga was relaxing and vigorous, and the massage class after with Meagan helped release any lingering tension. The space is beautiful, the staff kind, and I’d recommend a stop in.

Revive has become my weekly workout routine for almost 2 years now. For 27 minutes you get 1.5 hours worth of intense exercise. It’s incredibly effective for muscle tone, strength and detox. Highly recommend!!
