I got a great pedicure here, my pedicurist was friendly and professional. However the pedicurist who checked us in immediately tried to upsell me to a "dazzle dry" when she heard we were going to use the pool and Jacuzzi. The spa has relaxing spa music, but the nail salon had like classic rock playing which seems out of place. On the intake form I requested an extensive tour of the facilities since we had never been before, but the woman who took me to my locker merely pointed quickly toward a few of the main facilities. I had to explore on my own to find things. The front desk receptionist (right after I said we'd like a tour) asked us if we were going out to the pool... I had to tell her we would like to change first. (Why would we go out to the pool fully dressed?) The spa bistro area has multiple signs requesting people to silence their phones and take calls outside, but there was a table with their phone on speaker. I actually asked the bartender "isn't this supposed to be a silent phone zone?" but she said "Oh she's talking to her grandfather." If you're not going to enforce your own policies why have signs? The facilities don't seem to be kept up very well, or maybe they are just older? For example one of the bathrooms purse hook is coming out of the wall. The staff is friendly but some were wearing dirty shirts and/or shoes. One of the staff members was telling a woman not to take a cooling face towel outside, which seems like an odd restriction. We were given a free smoothie since we were celebrating our anniversary, which was nice!

The steam room was magnificent. The dry sauna was spectacular The jacuzzi was just what I needed before heading out to relax by the pool. And don't get me started on the prickly pear margarita I got for my birthday. I had the most wonderful spa day and everyone was so nice and helpful

Outdated, especially locker and shower area. Not high end feel/look. Masseuse was late but ended as if beginning on time (not full 80 minute received). Requested firm, more like medium.

I got the Swedish massage and had an amazing, relaxing experience. My masseuse did a phenomenal job, all the staff was friendly and accommodating. The amenities after my massage gave me the most relaxing afternoon. I loved it here so much I will be coming back!

Unimpressed. Overpriced for what they have to offer. From the start it was not as expected for a massage at a 4 star resort. The locker dressing area looked like a restroom at a Dillard's back in the day. After getting a locker I was confused on where to go with no signage. Couldn't use indoor spa it wasn't working. Never found the pool or outdoor jacuzzi. Was given a robe that was old, discolored, tattered & been washed 1000 times felt like a hospital gown. Would have worn my own robe if I knew what was offered. After going upstairs was even more disappointed to arrive in waiting room that looked like my Grandma's basement in 2010. The blinds were cheap paper, tapestries are old, discolored outlet covers, no seating available for the too many people there. A dirty cheap rug covering the rotting wood floors. Couldn't find my way outside as no signage. Found a door that opened so I could try to relax, only to be on a balcony overlooking the parking lot. Was found by the massage therapist cause there are so many people you get to experience the walk where you start to wonder if this is a groupon or a 4 star resort. You walk the halls like the Shining while therapists are standing in front of many doors. Felt like a brothel not a spa. Get to room to again find old tattered, sheets & a face cover that smelled like dirty towels. It wasn't soft or luxurious at all. It gave me so many wrinkles imprinted on my face I was embarrassed to leave. I paid extra for a therapeutic massage, can't imagine what the basic was as the therapeutic was up there with my home massages by untrained professionals. The oil used was gross, smelled like nothing. Once finally done I was nothing but oily, & irritated I wasted my money & time. Save yourself & go to another resort spa or chain. I have been to many different spas & many massages. This was the worst experience by far. Left without using any amenities as I was so disappointed. We canceled our plans for Chistmas & are choosing a different resort to house our guests. In my opinion they need to do some serious changes it's nasty.
