I must say they exceeded my expectations by a long shot. Staff was friendly but the work done on my carpet looked better than how it originally was. Quality is what they gave. 👌

DO NOT WASTE your time or money! Floors were not slept, countertops were not wiped down and windows were not cleaned (which is something I specifically asked for). To be honest it’s hard to tell what was actually cleaned. When I contacted them, I got the run around for weeks and it was hard to get a hold of their management. Still nothing has been done to correct the issue and I’m out all my $$. Would leave zero stars of that was an option, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I’m am very unhappy with my experience. I called for a quote and was given a price based on the sqft of my home. I explained that I would be out of town and unavailable during the cleaning. Day of the cleaning I got several txts telling me they would be hours late which didn’t bother me because I was out of town. The next morning when I checked my phone I had messages from the technician saying that after 4 hours the job was not finished and he need my permission to keep cleaning because now it was going to cost more. Since I wasn’t available they just left. I called the next morning confused and I was told the story above. I was never told anything about a time frame during the quote. When I came to check the work I found that my wife and I were going to have to do additional deep cleaning ourselves. The pics I included are only an example of what I am disappointed with. They did offer to send out their technician to finish the job with additional cost. After a supposed 4 hrs of work we were unable to tell much of a difference from before. I hope the next person who considers hiring finds this usful

My move out deep clean looked amazing! The house was sparkling, which is just what I was hoping for because I’m selling the house and wanted it to look good. Gissely did an amazing job. I would use her again, but I am moving states.
